So, what are we looking for in a speaker? In short, inspiration and actionable insights for our attendees. Our audience is diverse and includes Behavior Analysts, Technicians, Teachers, & Entrepreneurs. This year, topics should focus on leadership, both effective and toxic practices. 

Need inspiration? Topics could include:

  • Symptoms of a toxic leader

  • Antecedent steps to becoming an inspiring leader

  • Navigate the terrain of working under a toxic leader

  • Using behavior analysis to train inspiring leaders 

  • Breaking down the contingencies that maintain leadership practices

  • Oh no! I'm a toxic leader; now what?

  • And much more!

Our ideal speaker is:

  • Experienced, engaging, and comfortable speaking in front of groups

  • Passionate about sharing expertise, real-world strategies, and knowledge on topics to help our audience grow their skillsets

  • Willing to partner with our team to deliver the best possible content experience and relevant information for our audience

  • Provides unique opportunities for audience participation during their presentation

  • Available to engage with attendees before and after your session

  • Committed to sharing about UNPOPULAR on and with your social networks

Submission Process
All information submitted will be reviewed by the Programming & Content Committee to select speakers for our speaking opportunities that occur throughout the state. Only speakers who submit their information through this form will be considered.
